Refund / Returns Policy
Goods once purchased can be returned / exchanged within 7 days, provided:
- Goods are in original packing condition, as received .
- Goods are not worn or washed.
- Goods have their original tag and are in original packing.
- Please note goods cannot be returned in case you have changed your mind in terms of design / prints / colors.
The goods will have to be couriered to us and the cost of the courier will be borne by you.
- Goods can only be couriered once you have intimated us via e-mail (tantraonlineteam@gmail.com) and same has been acknowledged.

Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Orders — No Refunds

All COD sales are final.
For orders placed under Cash-on-Delivery payment method, we do not accept refund requests under any circumstances. -
No cancellation, return, or refund allowed.
Once a COD order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded. -
Defective or wrong items exception (if you allow).
In case you receive a wrong or defective item, please notify us within [5] days of delivery. We may offer a replacement or credit at our discretion, provided you furnish proof (photos, video, etc.). -
Right to change policy.
We reserve the right to modify or amend this policy at any time. The version posted on the website at the time of order will apply. -
Customer acknowledgement.
By opting for COD at checkout, you accept and agree to this "No Refunds on COD Orders" policy. -
Legal compliance.
This policy is subject to prevailing consumer protection laws. If any provision here is found invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severable and not affect the rest of the policy.
